⚠️ Important: This Return & Refund Policy applies only to artwork purchased directly from www.parrishpayton.com. If you purchased artwork through a third-party gallery, retailer, or platform, please contact them directly for their return and refund policies.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation from www.parrishpayton.com) is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at parpay@pm.me with your order details.
