⚠️ Important: This Shipping Policy applies only to artwork purchased directly from www.parrishpayton.com. If you purchased artwork through a third-party gallery, retailer, or platform, please contact them directly for their shipping and delivery policies.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time: [5–10 business days] (depending on location).

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and internationally.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses unless otherwise noted.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

ParrishPayton.com is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, import duties, etc.).

Damages

www.parrishpayton.com is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
